These terms apply when you use the Voyara demo website or send a travel or booking request through it. Voyara is a fictional company used to demonstrate the template; operators must replace this text with terms reviewed for their own business and jurisdiction.
Requests and confirmations
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not create a confirmed reservation. Availability, itinerary, supplier terms, and the final price remain subject to written confirmation from the operator.
Prices and payments
Displayed prices are estimates unless clearly identified as a confirmed quote. A confirmed quote states the currency, included services, payment schedule, and expiry time. Payment is due only through the method and deadline stated in that quote.
Traveler information
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, dates, contact details, and eligibility information. Passports, visas, health requirements, insurance, and entry permission remain each traveler’s responsibility unless the confirmed service expressly says otherwise.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation rights depend on the confirmed quote, the booking-specific cancellation policy, and the relevant supplier rules. Sending a cancellation request through the website does not cancel a booking until the operator confirms it in writing.
Website use
You may use this website only for genuine travel research and requests. Do not interfere with the service, submit unlawful or misleading material, attempt unauthorized access, or reuse the site’s protected content without permission.
Responsibility
Travel services may be delivered by independent suppliers. The operator remains responsible only to the extent stated in the confirmed agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
