This notice explains what information we collect when you contact us and how we use it to respond to your travel enquiry.

Information you share

When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, travel dates, party size, departure city, budget range, whether your dates are flexible, selected package, and the message you provide. Optional fields appear only when the company enables them.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your questions, prepare a quote, plan the service you requested, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can access it

Authorized members of our team can access enquiries. Information may also be processed by the hosting, storage, and email providers needed to operate this website and reply to you.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry by contacting us using the details below. Avoid including passport numbers, payment details, or other sensitive documents in the enquiry form.

Enquiry source and aggregate measurement

When you send an enquiry, we may store the page language and path, the contact button used, the referring hostname, and short UTM campaign values when present so we can understand how the enquiry reached us. The site also increments daily aggregate counters for package views and use of share, print, contact, and form actions. Those counters contain no name, contact detail, message text, IP address, device identifier, cookie, or individual browsing history.

Saved package comparison

If you save packages to compare, your browser keeps a local summary of up to three packages. That shortlist is not sent to the website server, contains no name or contact details, and can be cleared from the comparison tool at any time.

Booking requests and payments

When you send a booking request, we may store your contact details, stay or travel dates, adult and child counts, room, cabin or unit quantity, selected option and extras, your note, booking status, and operator communication. We may also retain the request source and short UTM values subject to your privacy settings. If online payment is offered, card details are handled on a hosted payment-provider page; this website does not store card numbers or security codes and may retain only the payment status and provider reference needed to manage the booking.

Built-in analytics

The site keeps bounded anonymous daily counts for page views, action intent, lead and booking starts, no-result searches, and unavailable checks. It stores no visitor or session profile, raw URL, search query, or personal data, and respects GPC and DNT signals.

Privacy choices and local review

The site does not load app-managed analytics when the browser signals GPC or DNT. The site operator remains responsible for assessing local notice, consent, and legal requirements before enabling an external provider or changing its configuration.
